trackon courier complaint made easy publications, Delhi dispatched a set of books and study materials to me, on 16th September 2011.
the books and study materials were urgent and were required for my preparation for important examinations like GATE, PSU's, etc. but the courier hasn't been received till 5th October.
lack of responsibility is the cause of this.
manager of the Bhubaneswar center, when called told me to call after 5 days as dussehra holidays were there. i was unable to get any kind of help from the trackon publications.
i want to announce this and tell the authorities that---
"TRACKON COURIERS PROVIDE THE WORST SERVICES"
I REQUIRE THE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT AUTHORITIES AND MADE EASY PUBLICATIONS.

i have posted a courier by trackon couriers pvt.ltd. on 12 Oct 2011.at morning time.i have paid cash for this service.but till today evening my couriers didnt reached to the destiny.its a bad service from this courier service.there was some important papers inside that.this service should lost my job.

Worst Service Courier never reaches the destination. I dont know about others but for me it never reached. Secondly , they have 5 contact numbers and they never pick your call , if you call them to know the status. Please do not send anything by trackon couriers.......................................... .................................................. ....................

courier not delivered yet Dear,
The courier docket no-269051268 having medicine in it not delivered yet.
I have already talk with owner of trackon courier gurgaon but his response is poor and not giving any info about courier.
KINDLY ARRANGE THE COURIER ASAP.

i received courier parcel from trackon ,the wrapper of which was completely torn and parcel weighed only 1 kg , whereas the trackon receipt showed that the orginal parcel was of 2kg. when i called the trckon service center, the people misbehaved and and didnt offer any help on the issue.
the tracking Id is 265916210.
what can i do in this case.

Worst serviced @TRACKONCOURIER I had ever seen this type of service. I need to receive the courier 7 days back and still not received. And no one is responding to any of the contact numbers they provided.
Trackon Courier failed to deliver item - no respon One small parcel was sent from Bangalore o6 16/04/12 (courier's Tracking / AWB No is 281180388) to Imphal..The courier did not deliver the item till date (02/05/12). Repeated inquiries to the courier's contact numbers at Bangalore & Kolkata did not gave any reason. After some calls they never answered to further calls. My repeated e-mails to their customer care services (more than 7 mails were sent to them) was never answered. On their tracking website, they never update the movement of the item. Probably they seem to be providing wrong information in their website.
The best thing is to avoid the Trackon Courier services as far as possible.
