i am using airtel and today i have called on a idea no. and on idea no. an hello tune is singing with my information that tune has been copied and my balance has been deducted and this is not the end when i have 198 to register complain he denied to register the complain.
my balance was deducted on 3/10/2001 between 10am to 12am.
and when is am not satisfied with the help line i just send the msg for porting and now i will change my company this is only the way to treat with airtel.

the airtel serive is very bad.
