I have been using Airtel DTH for a long time but was never satisfied with their customer support.
Recently i started having issues with my set top box (2 of them) and i repeatedly called the customer care to lodge a complaint but all i was getting was a new date for the engineer to visit my home and rectify the issue.
today i called an employee of the company, Shivangi, and she is telling me that theres some issue with the local cable operators in my area and the services cannot be rendered till the next week.
if that is the case then why was i, as a customer, not informed on this. also what happens of the daily deductions that are happening in my accounts.
there seems to be no help for the consumer in Airtel DTH and all things work according to the company's wishes.

my earlier complain no was: 12328071 (which they closed as per their convenience and told me that since it was wrongly registered in their system, they clsoed and raised another one. this bought them more time and i was loosing my time)
the second complaint no which was raised was: 12352984.
i have no idea when these would get resolved.
my issue here is:
1. even after complaining there seems to be no resolution to the issue
2. i am loosing my daily account balance, whose going to compensate for that
3. how can the employees of the company be so non responsive to consumer issues.
