i rohan bharucha residing at merlin 202 oceanus greendale apartments in bangalore hereby wish to register the complaint against bharti airtel ltd. For not providing my broadband connection which was applied against valid form number 273189 in august 2011. Despite repeated follow up the company has been non responsive and the connection is yet to be provided, though it was promised and committed to be provided within a week from application date. The connection charge of inr. 1,000.00 has already been submitted alongwith the aforementioned form vide cheque number 269945 drawn on citibank in favor of bharti airtel limited, bangalore. The cheque and the form was collected by the bharti airtel ltd. Agent named "prasad" with contact number 9880003026. Since then multiple reminders have been sent over telephonic conversations with prasad and mr. Jain (contact number 9845537244) from bharti airtel ltd. In bangalore. Despite their commitments since over a month to install the broadband connection at my residence, i am still waiting for any action on this aspect. I have been routed to many people and been contacting the agents pillar to post to have the broadband facility enabled at my residence.

I request you to intervene to help provide the bharti airtel internet connection at my residence. Unavailability of this service has caused immense personal damage and professional hindrance and disrepute at my work. I request that the managers and agents and all parties concerned with my application be brought to the law to help provide me justice. In the event that the connection cannot be provided at my residence, as was otherwise promised at the time of application, i request the honorable court to help reimburse my damages, as appropriate.
