This is a complaint regarding Satinder, owner of Shiv Welding Works. Satinder took advance of Rs.10,000[5,000 by cash and 5,000 by cheque] on 8th August. He was supposed to deliver grill and channel gate in a week. It has been almost 2 months by now that he has been delaying and has not even returned the amount that was provided in advance.
