    Default Reliance NetConnect + is fraud. The slowest net connection of the decade.

    I have taken this Reliance NetConnect + connection (9382384078) in August 2011 in Chennai. I got attracted with the advertisement that I would get 3.1 Mbps. I thought I would get atleast 400-500 Kbps since the advertisement is around 3.1 Mbps. Shockingly, I never got more than 40Kbps. The speed highly varies from 0Kbps to 22Kbps. It rarely crosses 22Kbps. This is a huge fraud from the big telecom company. The customer care says that there is a big problem in Velachery and that problem might resolve by the end of October.

    Inspite me asking the sales people (8695922233) so many number of times about the service in Velachery, they sold me without any information about the problem in Velachery, Chennai. Look at another fraud angle of Reliance. Anytime I call the customer care number, I get a message saying that "Your area has accessing problems. The problem shall be resolved in 2 hours". This message I get everytime I call the customer care number. But everything is junk. The customer care executives tell that the problem is because of high number of users in Velachery and they shall take atleast 2 months to solve it. Then why the hell they sold a new connection to me? When they are not able to manage with the current number of subscribers, why should they sell more?

    We shall have to stop Reliance doing this fraud. We need to do something before many people fall into this trap.

    If what you have apologized for is truth, I should have got a call from the Reliance team. I already lost faith in the Reliance Customer care team and the Nodal Office team. Please see some of the list of complaints I have done which I remember, but the Reliance team (the worst team) has failed in responding. Complaint on 10-aug-11: 161232744, complaint on 21-sep-11: 2450105190, complaint on 29-sep-11: 162789071. These are some of the complaint numbers which I saved. The reliance team has to feel ashamed of repeatedly getting the complaints for the same reason. If any shame left to any of the employee, do resolve the issue immediately.

    I want 3 resolutions to happen.

    1. Knowing that there is a problem existing in this area, your sales agents have falsely given me this connection. I have asked them various times that I want the connection only if the connection is good. But they always lied me saying that the speed is too good in Velachery. But according to customer care, they say that the problem in Velachery prevails from a long time and that it might get solved by end of october. I want all the bills to be waived till the problem gets rectified. Also, I want Reliance to pay me Rs. 2000/- per month for the internet I am doing in internet centres till the problem gets rectified.

    2. The speed has to be rectified soon. Give me a due date for this and keep your promise.

    3. Reliance should stop selling new connections until the company solves the problems of existing customers. The reason for slow speed is they say enormous subscriber base in this area. Then why the hell you should sell more connections in this area and bring problems to existing customers.

    I want you to give me the resoultions for all the three above, failing which I should file in consumer court.

    Until now the customer care was telling that there is a problem in my area, and that is the reason why the internet connection is very slow. But today, I got a call from the so called consumer forum team saying that there is no problem in my area. Then why the hell the connection is slow??

    I want you to respond on my 3 queries above too.

    Today, I got a call from Mr. Mitesh, from the so called Reliance Legal team (But ideally the illegal team). He says that he cannot waive the rent which they are unnecessarily charging me. They agree that the speed would be a problem till end of november, but doesnt have a policy to waive the amount.

    Why are you cheating customers?? What is your intention?? Please do come back on the above 3 resolutions. If you are not able to solve the issue, do escalate the issue.

    Guys, please help me how to proceed.

    Please don't give one line answers. You please read all my queries and then answer me. You are saying that the relevant team is already working on this. But the same relevant team is saying that they cannot solve my problem. I want an escalation to happen. If the so called Illegal team of yours cannot handle, please escalate. I want it to get escalated even until Ambhani, if the low level fools cannot find a solution.
