I have purchased a micromax X285 and on next day itself there was a problem with battery and again i was not able to type message in dictionary mode. When taken to the retailer they took the handset and instead of replacing it(as in micromax after buying within 7 days if any problem occurs they will replace the set but they didnt do so) and they gave it to service centre and its 5 days over i didnt get the mobile its a new mobile plzzz help me sir ask the company to replace and give the set.
