Amount deducted and ticket not booked I am Prasanth.S from Chennai... I booked a Rail Ticket on 30.09.2011 through irctc.co.in for the destination Chennai from Coimbatore jn... But the Reservation status is showing as not booked. I have filled each and every particulars as per the procedure of rail e-ticketing but the last the page showed an Internal server error and Rs.474.00 was debited from my SBI Account. I dont no even my pnr number and transaction id.
Debit ref no: IG69607821
Please take the necessary action in this matter as soon as possible.
