Sir/Madam,
Attached please find the mail I sent to the 121 customer care email after many calls to 121.
Since this was not catered to for one and a half month, I requested to terminate this account but still no one has called back to confirm the same.
I need to get this escalated at your level as all limits have been crossed and now I need to know where the issue is.
I have talked to the nodal officer as well and they too give false affirmations.
It's been 2 months and neither my connection is transferred nor terminated.
This is a very frivolous approach Airtel is taking by not attending to the customer needs. Airtel seems to be too busy to make new customers that it rather is not bothered about existing customers.
I request you to take this up at the highest priority and close the issue.

Subject: <No Response 1 Month+ >Shifting of Airtel Landline and Broadband

Hello,
This is regarding my landline and broadband no. "0124-4083798".
I had made a request to shift my above mentioned connection to my new address on 2nd August. "Request No. 1702968"
Even after repeated calls to the customer care and their false affirmations of getting it shifted within 24 hrs, the situation still remains the same.
I never got a call back nor did anyone turn up for shifting.
Now, my monthly bill is due and I am not paying for the services I did not use.
When I requested for a new connection, it was installed within 24 hrs of the request. But even after SLA's not being met for shifting, no one is looking after this request.
I would request you to take up this matter personally and see if the connection can be shifted or not.
Else, I would be left with no alternative other than getting my connection disconnected and taking services of some other service provider.
