Sir, My HCL Laptop Picked by Bikash Singh (HCL Engineer) on 18-8-2011. 9310783905 his Mobile N0. due to Monitor Flickering. , my Call ID is (8400026089) but i still not found any response by HCL service center. i have called to HCL service center about 20-25 times. but. i am so frustrated
call center boy only said that i have mailed to complained about laptop you will found on Monday, same day other call center boy said that you will found your laptop on Thursday,
they can't handle it, they also give me phone number of Head (OM Prakash), mr. Hen, etc they Never call attend to call him. what i do
they are totally cheater and liar. its all ready been one month and twelve days and still i am not get any response or my laptop Please file my complain. and kindly make some action
