We purchased a microwave oven few years back. The model purchased by us was later stopped from production after sometime. <BR><BR>Recently, the touch panel in our microwave didnt work. We registered a complaint to Samsung Customer Care and a service person came to our house to rectify the issue. He said that samsung has stopped producing this microwave model and so, he wasnt sure if the spare parts to replace the touch panel will be available. He finally decided to check if its available.<BR><BR>After 2-3 days he came back and said that he wasn't able to find the spare parts and that he wont able to rectify the problem.<BR><BR>Why the hell would a company like samsung didnt have spare parts for this microwave model?? Any company will/should have the spare parts available for all models even if it has stopped producing it..<BR><BR>Do you expect the customer to buy a new microwave oven each time a problem is faced?? <BR><BR>This is ridiculous and not at all acceptable. I hope the concerned authorities will notice this complaint and provide me a resolution.
