    Angry icici internet banking recharge

    i have recharged my no. 9410946799 with 100 rs from the icici internet online mobile recharge service but i haven't recieved it, and as soon as i rechrge my no it deducts 100 rs from my account. so plz help me on this

    Default BSNL mobile topup FAILED using ICICI bank mobile account

    I used my online ICICI bank account yesterday to make a BSNL UP East mobile topup of Rs 55 for the number 8765350689. After waiting an hour there was still no confirmation SMS that topup was succesful. However the amount was already debited from my bank immediately. It is still not completed. I demand that ICICI bank investigate this matter and refund my money or top up the mobile number. This is most disappointing from ICICI bank service, they should not offer the facility to do mobile top up from the internet banking if it does not work.
