I'm another victim of Tikona Broadband's fraudulent business... here read the email that I recently sent to Tikona... I'm leaving them for good, but I do want to teach this fraud of a company a lesson.

It's one thing crying on internet forums, but I want to get Tikona's licence cancelled. Please list your issues with TIKONA BROADBAND here... WITH PHONE NUMBERS, NAMES, And COMPLAINT NUMBERS.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT HOW PATHETIC AND LOW-GRAD YOUR SERVICE IS AND I AM PREPARING TO SEND YOU A CONSUMER COURT NOTICE.

From past 3 Months I'm facing access point issue and everyday I face Latency Issue and Upload Test Error. Despite constantly complaining to technical support and staying on phone for hours with your low-grade customer support, I have decided to disconnect this TIKONA internet.

For disconnecting, this account I have called your [COLOR=#009900 !important]BILLING[/COLOR] [COLOR=#009900 !important]DEPARTMENT[/COLOR], TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, CUSTOMER CAREDEPARTMENT, RETENTION DEPARTMENT... everywhere but your dumb agents keep transferring me to other concerned departments.

Here's another email that I sent TIKONA complaining bad connection. They responded after a month, and the issue was never resolved.

Tikona Customer Service,

I'm facing a slow upload speed issue and have spoken to 10 different agents who all promise that I'll get a call back from the technical department, but haven't got it yet.


Really really bad service... when you don't have to call then why do you promise a call?

My complaint number is 1-1906491472.

I'm losing out on very important work because of your faulty connection and really PATHETIC Customer Service.
