The details are just too much to write.
Even after repeated requests to return the excess amount charged, they are not ready to and are only responding to mails asking for the same credit card details. But everytime it will be a different person mailing.

Hi all,
Thanks for the good service offered in flight.
I have a concern and wish you help me refund the dual charges incurred from me.
I had booked a flight from Goa to Bangalore and then rescheduled it online the same night, but the person in charge could not complete the transaction. He told me that an amount of Rs 400 + 750 + 750 is deducted from my credit card, which will be refunded as the booking couldn't be completed for whatsoever reasons.
The next day, we completed the rescheduling from the Panaji, Goa office of Kingfisher, where money was deducted again.
The first transaction happened on the 25th of May. As of now, the refund has not happened on my ICICI credit card.
The booking details are attached. If you want the transaction details, please let me know.
Hope you address my concern as soon as possible.

With reference to the telecon you had with Raghavendra Fasalkar on whose flight ticket was the double counting of money done using my card.
Details of the complaint can be had from the trail mail here. (Refer attachment as well)
Also, for your information, the amount that has to be refunded is not just Rs. 750/- as was informed to Raghavendra, but an amount of 1900 (for three passengers) - which is calculated as 750 + 750 + 400.
Please clarify and refund the amount of 1900 which was mistakenly deducted.
