I had enrolled with Body Care for slimming & beauty services and they took the entire amount (Rs. 19,000) in advance from me.

In a month's time I have realised that they lack basic customer orientation, they keep us waiting inspite of taking appointments. Appointments do not come easy as they have more customers enrolled than they can service. Moreover they are understaffed and the staff is not very well trained either.
Their equipment is not well maintained.

Most customers continue with them as they have already paid such huge sums in advance and there is no option left.
Have requested them to refund my money but this doesn't seem to come by.

I would appreciate some action against the management of Body Care.
