My name is Renukaprasad,i got my Tata Docomo no.(8050170311) recharged by Rs.150 and within 5mins of the recharge my 30 rs. Balance was deducted.
It gave me msg that 1 services called Frindship tip have been activated although i didn't request for it.The msg came from TA-DSUSSD.The msg came saying that u have been activated for Frindship tips(30 Rs. Each) and my balance was deducted by 30 Rs. And the customer care people say that the dont have the information,call after 4 hrs.Plzz help me.Hoping for a solution.

each n every time my balance was deducted dont know why
4-5 ago i recharged my account with rs 125 n today morning at 4.45 am i recieved message that thank u for downloading silent hunter game from tata docomo 3g life u r charged RS.99
i have basic handset which cant be connected to internet but still irecieve messages that u r charged 99 rs for downloading silent huner game...i called customer care but they responded realllly bad ,nw i'm trying to contact customer care but my call is getting disconnected automatically...
if my handset is basic n i am unable to connect to internet....then how i can download the game via internet ????????????/
this happened with me many times,but got no refund
but now
i am damn frustrated i want my deducted balance back.
hope u will support me....

Rs.6 has been debited from your number and the same has been credited back to your number.VAS pack for your number has been already
deactivated.
