Dear Sir,

I purchased Speakers from ebay on 6 jun'11 of amount 1590/- which was delivered to me on 16th jun'11 in damaged condition, so i asked the vendor Mr. Rahul B. & told him about the condition of the speakers so he agreed to replace the speakers. But after that i tried to call him but he always ignored my call. Then after so many tries he replied on 24th jun'11 to replace the speakers he sent his courier man to pick up the damaged speakers. After a week he told me that these speakers are discontinued & he will refund me the payment but after that he trying to ignore my calls again & on 12th aug'11 he told me that he deposit the cheque of indusland bank Cheque number - 646476 to my account which is not received yet, till now i'm trying to call him to get my payment. On 24th sep he picked my call & told me that he'll drop a cheque on monday 26 sep'11 which is still not received. I have all this conversation in my mail as proof, so please help me out......
