This is to intimate you that I am a subscriber of Airtel-09799135786, but from last couple of months i am not satisfying with Airtel services (CC and tariff) and even not getting proper response from your call center executive due to lack of product knowledge and service features.
i have called to costumer care-121 on 26th of sep,11 regarding knowing about new TRAI rules and sms plans, then i got reply from executive that"Sir do Recharge with 63 and will get benefit of 500 sms or I.E 15000 sms per month even i told him that as per new rule we can sent more then 100 sms in a single day but they told me this is not for you and disconnected"
Next day on 27th at evening i called to costumer care again and ask about sms plan and they told me sir we are giving 100 sms per day for 30 days in Rs 63, and you can sent msgs on any numbers in all over nation, even i confirmed couples of time for this and told please check once from your back end otherwise if this time your information will fake then i will sue on consumer court and you have to pay higher and they told me yes.
after recharge of 63 sms pack when i sent on msg on std number i have deducted Rs 1.5 (Two times for sending two msg)
now again i called him (Third time) then executive told me that sir in Rs 63 you can sent msg on particular state or Rajasthan, really very upset in this time and i have taken line in Sunder lal verma senior officer (18:12PM)
and they told me sorry sir our executive did miscommunicate to you and we appologize for this, and do recharge with 85 for nation sms free.and when i told for refund the amount and pay for the violation the rule then he give me number-9928034865
Sandeep jain-nodel officer,Airtel (Rajasthan) and told me that plz call tomorrow b/w 10 to 6, but i can't wait for its fault and called him but they didn't pick.Hence, I have submitted my representation seeking your intervention on the issue for a needful action and payment of my balance amount.Thanking you
