i would like to complain against AIRETL! the reason my grandparents bought newmobiles and airtel simply keeps charging for games n cricket and astrology mgsdaily about 5 to 10 bucks it been dedecting from the balances !

Its against humanity for bugging oldage people ! my grandparents ages are70-72. they only kept mobiles for emergency and health purposes & when thetime comes for emergency to call or msg the balances are nil or zero ! is itfair of airtel to bug and charge oldage people???

either way even if call 121 or 9849098490 or 9849012345 no customer careexecutive responds and is also being charged without any usage! its reallyfrustrating for them ! without any customer permission and consent how can theAIRTEL charge for no reason in their mobile phones ! would like the forum toimmediatly take an action against AIRTEL! the msgs are from 54321.
