Hello -Thanks for this forum for sharing my issue.Case:1. I have had Airtel Broadbad for over a year in Hyderabad and the same is migrated to Banaglore AS SUGGESTED BY AIRTEL itself. My plan in HYD was INR 649 Unlimited and I was told that the same plan will be migrated.2. In Bangalore I got the connection installed on the 28th June and at that time I was told that my plan is INR 649.3. On 30th I received an SMS stating that I have reached 80% of my allowable broadband limit and ever since I was calling Airtel to fix my plan.4. Everytime I was told that they can do nothing as the bill did not get generated.5. On 8th July 2011, I was advised to send a mail to 121@airtel.in and as suggested I sent a mail requesting for change of my plan to unlimited. I got a call and I was told that they can do nothing as they were going trough some massive system upgrades and can do nothing.6. Mean time my usage continued and now the total outstanding amount is INR 5400 appr.7. I have been sending emails to 121@artel.in, nodal.southabts@artel.in, and airtelpresence@in.airtel.in8. Everytime I receive an acknoledgement stating that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours, 72 hours and so on.9. I receive calls for the payment and I explain them and they tell me that they will talk to their back office and get back.10. Now my connection is barred and I sent them a mail to disconnect my service so that I can go for other alternatives.11. Now I get calls from their retention departments and I explain and no improvement.12. I sent over 50 emails to 121@artel.in and nodal.southabts@artel.inBased upon the above events, I would like to request you to please help me. I dont care if they remove my connection. I want to sue them for the ragging and inconvenience they have caused. Thanks,Krishna
