    I am Lalit , one of the most irate customer of IDEA cellular. its just 30 hours i have switched to IDEA(w.e.f. 00:12 am 25.9.11).i was a very satisfied customer of Vodafone postpaid from 2 years, i hardly called 20 times to the customer services in this long span, but on the suggestion of my friend who is using IDEA, i decided to port my existing Vodafone postpaid number(9982684248) to IDEA, and now i believe that t was a big mistake to do that. thou i am thankful of all what happened because i was about to move 4 more numbers of my family to IDEA from AIRTEL. Thanx for showing me the reality

    As i told you that its just 30 odd hours i have port my number to IDEA, and its almost 30+ times i have called your customer services. i am so sorry to say but your customer services is the worst i ever called to, the agent picking up the call don't know how to open a call, the tone they talk in is just pathetic ,they don't have satisfactory answer of any question, what they say is "there is a different dept for that service we can not take your complaint", some time they disconnect the call in middle, sometimes when you request for manager they say OK i will transfer and then disconnect the call, the manager sitting at that end are even more irresponsible, then wouldn't make you fell that you calling to a National cellular service provider,rather then helping the customer they just show the power of their position and will keep on saying that this is how the system works. on asking the nodal officers number they put you on hold, will keep on asking the same thing again and again that why you need the number , moreover you end up listening up the call disconnected tone.


    the 198 number is not reachable, 53500 is an incorrect number , 180027-00000 is the MNP number, 12345 is not providing any option to talk to a agent.


    coming to the actual matter, its about a message recharge i made on my same number at 3:30pm 225.9.11.
    i got a message that the recharge of 41rs has been done on ma account, i called the customer services and the agent at that end told me that its ok to use the service, i messaged to my contacts and found that it been changed form the main balanced , i called the customer services again , the guy(RAVI) helped me and i was satisfied with the help provided, he told me that within 24 hours the deducted balanced will be compensated to me and the service of message(rs 41 recharge) will activate in within 4-8 hour period, its 11:30 of the morning and that service has not been started and nobody from your end is interested in helping me ,one agent advised me to recharge the acc again , i didi the same with 41rs again,but the services are not started yet and the height is that they dint even providing your email id or number, i searched it on internet........... now i am in high mental stress, totally exhausted and darn pissed of calling the customer care. request you to activate the message service and compensate me for time and energy i putted in all this .


    PLEASE HELP ME , IT WILL BE APPRECIATED IF I GET A CALL FROM YOUR SIDE.
    (i have been trying mr.bhandari's number i.e 9887405900 and mr.deshmukh's number i.e 9887405611, but nobody is picking up the call)

    Dear Sir,

    We would like to confirm you that the recharge benefits for the recharge of Rs.41/- SMS pack done on 25th September 2011 have already been credited into your account on the same day. However, another recharge of Rs.41/- was done by you on 26th September 2011.Also, we wish to inform you that we have credited Rs.41/- in your account as a goodwill gesture on dated.29th September 2011. Thus we request you to check the same.
