Reliance CDMA Horrendous Conduct.

    Exclamation Reliance CDMA Horrendous Conduct.

    Dear Sir,

    I have been using Reliance CDMA phone (9311857156); New Delhi- for the last 3 years. I have submitted all the documents to Reliance Web World during the time of purchase and hence my Sim was activated on the same day.
    Now last night, I was not able to make any outgoing calls. When inquired with Reliance Customer Care, they were not able to give me a proper response why my outgoing services were barred. One of their representative also told me that this is because I have not submitted my papers. When I told them that all the papers were submitted 2 years back, they put me on hold and disconnected after 10 minutes. I tried to lodge complain twice but all I heard were different excuses without any solutions to the outgoing issue.Also, I was asked to visit a local Reliance Web World.

    I have always maintained a good profile on this number and my business is primarily based on phone. Their unethical conduct of barring my outgoing services without any reason has made my business suffer and it is still suffering. The number which is in use for my personal and business work for the last 3 years has been barred suddenly by Reliance and they have no clue why they have done that.

    I expect our Consumer Court to please bring out justice to the people who trust these mobile operators and in return, they have to suffer losses and griefs with the unprofessional conducts of Reliance.

    Thank You for the action. I received a call from Ms. Neha on 27/09/2011 at 15:28 PM. She told me that according to the new TRAI rule, One needs to submit the documents every year. I was also informed that I was sent 2 text messages regarding this. ( I have never received those text ). I was told that if I submit my documents in Reliance World, my services will be restored at the same time. I submitted a copy of my passport and a photograph with duly filled form at the Reliance Store at Mahavir Enclave, Dwarka Branch in New Delhi, the very evening i.e. on 27/09/2011. When I asked them about the instant activation, they said I have been mis-informed and it will take at least 48 hours to restore my outgoing services. NOW IT is going to exceed 72 Hours and I am still hanging with a dead phone. I do not understand Why do I have to go through such vagaries by reliance? Do consumers in India have the Rights to rely on the mobile networks like Reliance? Or Is it a deliberate attempt of misbehavior and absolute false promises made by this company? I am done with Reliance! Whether or Not they activate my services now, I am never going to trust this mobile network which can give any trusted user a frustration and upset them with false statements.
    I was also not given any help by their Customer Care Executives who are very ill mannered and say - " Aapko jo karna hai kar lijiye" or leave you helpless saying they are going through 'Technical Upgradation' and will be unable to help now.

    This has been more than 2 days since my case has been escalated to the So called 'quick resolution' team of Reliance again. I still have no outgoing service on phone. Customer Care asks me to visit the Reliance Center again to check whether THEY have submitted my documents to the Reliance team or Not. I am just concerned how difficult it is to get your services activated without making repeated visit to Reliance center. The whole conduct by this company is no less than a poor managed Sarkaari office where people have to make repeated visits to Babus with their files to get their work done. Awful !!

    Thank You, Finally my outgoing services have been activated today. Just received a message from reliance on the same. I am thankful to the consumer court, it really did the wonder............................................ .................................................. ...............! God bless.
