Hello,

I received a call from Reliance and the lady said I cant see the transaction on my screen. When asked what's the next course of action, she laughed away to glory and slammed the phone.

I called the customer care 2 days ago and told them the story all over again. Luckily, the supervisor could locate the transaction of sep 9th and sep 25th when Rs51 was deducted from my account. He said he needed two days to sort this matter and refund the amount.

Today is the third day and I haven't got any response.

I request you to look into this at the earliest and resolve this issue. Its been close to a month since I have been following up on this matter.
