    Angry frequent activation and money deduction for unwanted vas without permission



    Hi

    This is deepesh i am reliance cdms customer my cell no is 9372219712. since march 2011 every month unwanted services(like shayari pack,jokes pack,masala pack etc) are being activated on my no. without permission and when i register complain on the complaint no.198 they sometimes refund my money that to after calling them many times and rest of the time they say that service has not been activated wrongly however i havent used any services and never ever activated any. recently on 12 sept again a service called 197 deepika or so was activated and when i called then they said than "we have registered your request and your balance will be refunded within 48 hours" however no money was refunded again i called them and they registered my complaint with no 161839987 and i received a msg frm reliance after 2 days that my query has been solved and waiver will be posted to my account however no waiver was given after calling them many times they always said balance will be posted within 24 hours but i never got my balance their were several reference no(2450152966,2451979199,2455215389) which they gave me against my complain and assured that my query would be solved, when i called and complained to their floor manager he said that the service cannot be activated automatically aand they cant refund my money. every month 2-3 times they deduct my money and do not refund it i am fed up of the reliance services......and reliance service providers please take some actions against such problems i am trying to move to some other network reliance is the worst service provider.......

    RCOM CARE did called me and noted the complain 162627142 and i got a msg stating another waiver of rs 5 is posted to my account. however just like the previous waiver of rs 30 this was also not credited to my account. this was my complain so i have neither got the earlier waiver of rs 30 nor the recent of rs 3.
    for their information on 18-9 when i was given the waiver of rs 30 my balance was rs 10 and since then my balance was never above rs 10 so if rcom care ppl have some logic they can understand that balance was not given to me same is the case with rs 5.........disappointed with rcare my problem stands as it is i have lost my hope in reliance i dnt thnk they can do any good
