Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine on dated 6.06.2011 from Vijay Sales, Ahmedabad. At the time of delivery a small scratch was seen on the machine which was brought in the notice of the man came for the first demonstration from the company, who assured that it is just a normal scratch and is the caused during assembling or handling and it can not harm the product & its operation. But still I was not satisfied with his explanation and asked for the written assurance and so witheld the delivery document report to be given to him, which is still with me.

Mean while after 2 months of careful use on weekends only, the scratch has exagerated into a crack. I made complaint to Vijay Sales, ahmedabad in first week of August and then personally filed a complanint on 24.08.2011 at their premises. After that a technical expert from Whirlpool, visited my place on 26.08.2011 and inspected the machine and the crack. It has been a month now since his visit and till date I am struggling in between Whirlpool costmercare and Vijay Sales costumercare and requesting them for next plan of action regarding my complaint.

This whole process and mismanagement of both agencies, Vijay sales and Whirlpool india, has given a lot of tension and mental harresment over last few months. It is also affecting my work and personal life.
