My BSNL telephone number is 23657800, in the last 2 months i have atleast given 8 complaints to BSNL about my Phone/Internet issues. These have been escalated to lineman (Raju), JE (Paramesh) , AE (Arunachalam) but every time they give a temporary fix and this works for 3-4 days maximum. Currently the phone is fine but internet speed is very very slow (Note: I have subscribed to a 4 MBps connection, and my data usage is still 4GB usage only)

Every time i call the JE he asks me to get the modem to the exchange offfice and when i go there after 2 minutes testing says 'modem is fine, issue with the line', the line has been grounded. JE calls the lineman and ask to fix the line issue. Linenam has different stories eachtime he comes to fix my phone, once he even said that my neighbour put water into the DP box hence line was grounded! Today when my internet is going very slow, lineman asks me to call AE. Please find the internet ping status. Is a reposnse time of 2056ms (to bsnl.co.in) acceptable by any standards? That too when i am paying ~1000 Rupuess for this service?


I'm placing this in consumer court so that anyone who is planning to buy the BSNL service in this area is aware of such nasty troubles.
