I did recharge of
248 (which is a plan of internet gprs/2g in rajasthan that gives 20gb with 3 month of validity) into my reliance gsm number in rajasthan circle.
Recharge was done
20th august between 5pm to 8pm by a retailer. At that time reliance cut 248 rupees from retailer's account but I didn't get credit. So reliance supervisor of retailer said...I will get the credit in next hours.
I didn't get credit...so I did complaint to my customer care....he wrote my complaint and said my problem will be solved in 2 days.
At this point I have done more than
10 complaint and 1 complaint to nodel officer so far, every time after talking to reliance customer care officer and supervisor so much, they write another complaint, but don't take it seriously...
With all complaint of mine, I get only repeated solution..
"your sr no. XXXXXXXX has been processed. Your sr no. XXXXXXXXX frc offer recharge benefit has been already updated in your account."
While I am not getting any credit in my account, it is 0 mb since 20th august.
Whenever I call to complaint to reliance customer care (198/*333) sometimes I get shocking replies.....I am writing some replies which I got from reliance...
1. See first your account, you have been credited, then they cut the call in hurry.
2. You will not get credit or refund, whatever you want to do, do it.
3. You didn't any recharge of 248. You can see retailer account or transaction ID, when I say ok....I give you retailer mobile which was used to recharge...they say we don't have any information related to transaction ID or we can't tell......and at same time (same call) his senior (supervisor) says..yes you did the recharge...I have written a complaint...u wait 2 days...u will surely get your credit.........i want to clear one thing...whenever i send a sms regarding last recharge to reliance....i receive a sms that my last recharge was 248 at 20th august.
4. You did recharge for reliance balance..not for internet....then i say ok u tell me...what is procedure of internet recharge...they say some method that was exactly used by retailer........and same question when i ask another reliance supervisor (which procedure i used for recharge) they say....we don't have this type of any information in our database.......don't you think they wasted so much time.
5. We have not information before last 7 days. So we can't help you. And many more.......
One more thing related to this problem I did.....I contacted to retailer many times.....so he gave me a number to contact someone called reliance CEO ( in his words) 16 days ago. I know..it can't be ceo....when I contacted to him....I came to know...he is from reliance... but I don't know at which post.
at least for 16 days continuously, I were giving call to him, every time he said I have sent the mail to head office....I remembers you...I am working on your problem...you will get credited today surely...but I didn't get the credit.
I am sure..he is not gonna solve my problem...he is just wasting my time and money.
As far as I have complaint more than 10 times....I also did complaint to nodal officer on 14th September but this complaint took 7 days (they said it will take 4 days) but i didn't get credit, now they are saying as per business policy I am not eligible for this recharge....on what basis they can say......i got message of unlimited internet from reliance itself and this recharge is in rajasthan circle also.
I also wrote a complaint at grahakseva against reliance 20 days ago and again 5 days ago...but there is no response from reliance ...don't reliance service care about their customer.
Now I am totally frustrated from Reliance service. How can you offer for a service when you are unable to provide fairly.
Now they have two options credit my account or refund my money to retailer's account. If they are gonna refund my money to retailer number then email me..so I can know that they have refunded my money.

Reliance don't want to solve my problem. I have posted my complaints on 14/09/2011 to nodal officer and to 198, *333, *355 etc many time, my problem is still unsolved.....
who will give me the expenses of call I incurred to make call to reliance customer care. I have wasted more than 150 rupees by calling nodal officer, reliance employee and retailer etc. for this issue. Its kind of harassment I am facing unnecessarily. No not unnecessarily this only because I am using reliance service. Now i totally know, reliance is fraud and cheater.......how can they say that as per business policy ( what business policy? you tell me)i am not eligible for recharge.
while i got the message from reliance itself that recharge with 248 and get unlimited internet for 3 months between 1/08/11 to 5/08/11.
And i asked to reliance customer care before recharge then they said you will get 20 gb for 3 month that is equal to unlimited.
but they are not giving anything or they don't want to refund. Whenever I call to reliance they say i can't solve your problem...write down this number (*333, 198, *355, 30335555, 1800-3000-5555, 18602002011 etc) then tell your problem...it will be solved but they are just giving me number of each other. They are just writing and forwarding complaint which comes unsolved automatically after so many days.....they don't want solve customer problem....if they want, they can do it manually....but its reliance service and their employee that is the big problem...... didn't I pay 248 rupees to reliance......reliance is fraud and cheater company.
reliance don't want to solve customer problem......this company just want customer money without giving credit ........
