My Name is Deenanath Dinkar and got an call from Bonanza insurance advisor on behalf of SBI Life on in June month regarding Smart performer plan and I was quit impress with the plan so I decided to take the policy for my wife (Rakhi Kumari) asked to collect document and other things.

And after few days in July Raj Sales executive contact number (8802716032) has called me and asked me to give the document to their executive and I have submitted relevant document of my wife and mine to executive. During form filling they asked me to fill the different form which I denied then he confirm that we use the common form for all policy then I agreed to give the all details to him and sign on proposal number 351353222 also mentioning out the smart performer policy details on my Citibank check of 60000 to him. My check number was 566131.

After few days I got an call from Noida branch saying about verification call for my proposal and when she told me that advisor company has submitted my ducment for money back plan then I denied to avail this insurance. Again I called raj the sales guy of bonanza and then he assured me that my wife policy will be eroll for smart performer plan. Again after 2 days I got an call from noid for money back plan then I fade up with their service and I decided not take this policy and have called Citibank to stop the check payment.

After 2 days I got a call from Raj and he argue to continue with plan and asked me to sign new document but I have denied as I am in mood to not take this from his advisor firm. Also in call I asked him return back my document and he assured me that he will have admin to send the my document on my address.

I was in impression that everything is fine BUT my problem started on 30th August when I got a massage from Citibank that some one has submitted my check for any plan but as I already stopped my payment so it get return on 3rd Sep.

Now one week ago a got policy bond on my name for money back policy with only correct Name and address and everything was wrong like, phone number, my wife date birth, company name and per annum salary and interestingly my signature was same.

Now I wonder how come my document were miss used by this advisor company and even SBI has not called me for any verification. IT seems every one running some kind of racket of this.

Here are the some interesting facts:

Initially I opted plan for my wife name RAKHI KUMARI but when it come to me it was on my name.

My company mentioned in document is SASE valley pct ltd instead of Hyperquality.

My Mobile number listed document is 8802942837 instead of 9911197499

My wife name DOB mentioned as 5-1-1964 instead of 5-1-1984

All family details is wrong.

Here are the new policy details of new plan which bonanza advisor cheated with me:

Now as my money didn’t get deducted but they tried to cheat with me and I am sure somehow SBI also involve with this as without proper varfication they confirmed the policy.

Few points:

  • Even on check mentioned about smart performer and different proposal number they considered for money back plan with cutter information.
  • My wife is shown less 20 years me, isn’t this issue when they read document and try to find out the actual things?
  • How come my signature were merge with another proposal number who is basically validating this?

Please suggest I am eager to know the actual things before going out in court to file a case against SBI and Bonanja advisor.

If SBI take necessary action then I am OK.
