RESPECTED SIR/MAM,

THIS MAIL IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I GAUTAM RISHI HAD TAKEN A MTS INTERNET CONNECTION(MTS NO. 8459975411).
I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM OF SPEED ISSUE FROM A LONG TIME. I HAVE FILED COMPLENTS n NO. OF TIMES BUT NO SERIOUS ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE. I HAD MAILED THE THEM ALSO BUT I NEVER GOT A REPLY BACK FROM THERE SIDE TILL DATE.

I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THEM. TODAY WHEN I CALLED UP THERE CALL CENTER THEY ARE JUST PUTTING ME ON HOLDS AND TRANSFERRING MY CALLS.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM FACING SPEED ISSUE AND I HAD FILED A COMPLENT REGARDING THAT.
I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 WORKING DAYS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM SO I WANT AN EXTENTION OF THE VALIDITY FOR THAT TIME PERIOD WHICH YOU PEOPLE ARE TAKING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. THE COMPLENT PERIOD STARTS FROM 27TH AUGUST, COUNT THE DAYS AND GIVE ME THE EXTENTION FOR THE COMPLETE PERIOD BECAUSE I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE OF YOU PEOPLE.

HOPING TO GET A POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM YOUR SIDE. AND IF I DONT GET THE POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE THEN ILL HAVE TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU PEOPLE.

This is to bring to your notice that i GAUTAM RISHI is using MTS connection from past 3 to 4 months.
I have been facing a regular problem of speed issue. I am not receiving the promised speed from your end. Even after filing constent complaints ( previous complent No. Jul629)
no serious action has been taken.

Every time I call I am told that well forward your complent to the concern department and they will get back to me regarding that. The problem is resolved just for 1 or 2 days and then again its back to the same.
It takes around 5 mins for gmail, facebook to load. and i cant even think of playing a video on youtube if I do so then ill have to weight for an hour i sapose so that 10 min video can buffer.
I am in huge loss after purchasing this connection according to me I have wasted my money. I am paying 1000 rs./month and they are just going in wane.
I am a business man and I am not getting returns for what I am spending.

Even if you people are able to solve the problem it would work fine for 2 to 3 days then again ill be facing the same problem.

So I want you to come and take your MTS device and refund me my money back because i am fed up of your services. I better bye some other connection.

HOPING THAT ILL GET A REVERT BACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, AND YOU WONT FORCE ME TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.
