The indiaplaza is the worst ecommerce site i came across,
this(20/09/11) is my 15th day of my order, but till now i
dint received my package .
the problem is that tracking details


is showing the order has been
delivered at midnight 12 o clock(how this is possible to receive a
consignment at 12 o clock ?? !!!) to an unknown name ...i have
reported this on the 2nd day itself, to the CC and by generating
ticket but no one seems to be bothered about it ..


There CC is pain in the A** serious i have spent almost 200Rs
for the phone calls . The rep who receives the call acts as that
its a simple thing and it will be solved right now
They will convey msg in such a way that the product will be
delivered to you in 10 min form now on(bullshit) ..All unreliable
promises ..


The amount of time and energy i spent on this is invaluable.But who
cares ? it just a word "sorry for inconvience" to them.
From 5 days they are saying that they have sent for POD
(proof of delivery)to there conserned courier dept..
I really dont know how many days further its going take !
