My self, Shashank Parmar.
I had purchased a Kenstar Cooler in March..
2 days ago, I filed a complaint using customer care that the cooler has stopped working.
The service executive came the other day and solved the issue.
When i got home, I found out that Power on/off is no longer controlled by the remote, Also the fan speed also not controlled by remote.
I received the sms that your complaint is resolved and then i sent No as feedback.
I got a reply that my request is reopened and the executive will call you.
But i didn't get any call but got the message that the request has been closed.
I tried calling customer care, But they kept telling me that my call has not been connected in my state so call again, I did the same 3 times and got the same reply every time.
I tried calling the state number 02239404040, But this number is not working..
Please some one help me with this.
