Dear sir, i had purchased a s combo offer from rediff shopping on 30/8/11 to be delivered to my address in kolkata by 10/9/11, order no 6645730, consisting of a 21 pc bullet food processor + electric sandwich maker, once the items where not delivered on time i got in touch with Rediff to whcih they replied by email that my order was cancelled due so delivery reason, hoeever i did the recive the aritlcles on 12/9/11 both of which where in defective condition, my account was however charged by the said Rs 2496 amount.i tried to get in touch with rediff on their customer care email , but till now i havent recieved any replies, first of all wrong information was provided to me. they state that the articles will be picked up from the location if supplied in defective condition once u inform them within 7 days, which hasnt been done.kindly provide me information as to how i can file a case against them.Regards, Ritwik Bhattacharya+919887450618
