I had purchased a combo offer from rediff.shopping.com,[/B] on 30/8/2011, with the follwing order number 6645730, intended to be sent to my parents as an anniversary gift to be delivered by 10/9/11the articles included : 1. 21 pc bullet mixer 2. Sandwich maker electric- together in a combo deal of Rs 2496 including Rs75 delivery charge. however the item was not delivered on the mentioned date, i had registered a compliant back then to which rediff replied on 12/9/11 that , my order was canceled due to delivery problems.however i did receive the products unfortunately in defective condition as none of them worked. since then i have tried to get in contact with them and till now they havent responded, first of all i would like to take legal action for giving me false information and then follow it up with improper service and defective article supply.kindly provide me some guidance as to how an online shop can be taken to court regarding such matters.
