Hi,
I have been using ICICI Platinum credit card for last three years and making payments for my expenses on time every month. The monthly bill amount to 20-30 K and everytime I made sure of paying before time and in full.
Now, when I applied for another credit card then I have been declined. I checked with CIBIL then and in report I found that there is no credit history available.
I checked with ICICI bank later and then found that they have wrong PAN card number updated for my record. Later they said that they don't have my PAN card details against my credit card.
I was surprised. How can they have a wrong or no PAN card details against my credit card record.
This is causing my credit history getting screwed-up. I can't apply for any loan and can't apply for new credit card.
Want to know how to overcome this problem and rectify the ICICI Bank mistake. Can I claim for my losses and undergone pain due to ICICI bank mistake.
