Dear Sir/Madam,

I brought Nokia X3 in May 2011. In Sept 2011 I started facing the problem with the Touch Screen. I had purchased extended warranty of 2 years. I visited Nokia Customer Care Center in Dandia Bazaar, Baroda.

I was told that they would take 10 days to repair the cell phone. I asked for a replacement/back-up phone till the time phone was repaired. I was given an old phone. As I was not having the charger of that model, I requested them to provide with the charger.
Customer Care Executive:- You can buy a charger. You have to compromise if you need phone. At least we are giving you this phone to use. If you need it quick, then you can repair it from outside but then Nokia's warranty will not be there in future.

I can not use any model now, as they have even refused to give me the Job Card. They have just given me the Job Card number. When I started demanding the job card, they refused to give it to me.

They have given me a receipt on which, the model of replacement phone is mentioned. The phone is of no use to me as I don't have the charger.

All this happened after 2 hours of waiting at the office.
