Respected sir/ mam date:- 20/9/11


This is sujeet kumar dubey , sir mam i have submitted form and all my related document for passport on 24/6/11 & my police verification is also done by my nearest police station on 16/8/11 but sir/mam three month is gone and i haven't received my passport and no passport status is provided on the internet, So what i have to do for this sir .
