dear sir,I have a complaint about one furniture vendor.
i bought one wall unit from Ulhasnagar furniture market to sent it to my hometown.
they said they will transport the same at some additional cost which need s to pay to the transporter at the time of delivery. we agreed on the same.
they took almost 15-17 days to deliver and moreover in monsoon they have done only paper packings no plastic packing. so the furniture all got wet and my parents took the delivery since the transporters didnt agree to get it back.
now the furniture vendor is not at all taking responsibility of it. and not even repairing it.
Even they dont give any pakka bill to customers. they are giving some paper writning on it the cost n item and attching their visiting card. Not picking up the phone too since past 2 months.
please suggest me some way to get it replaced. shud i complain in consumer court or in police station.
