    Post Amount not refunded by Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd

    Dear Sir,

    I have paid Rs. 1,000.00 to Tikona.in on 22.08.2011 for online order processing as per below mentoined transaction details -

    Name - BIMLESH SHARMA
    HDFC Visa Credit Card No - ************7243
    MCC Code No. - 4899
    Payment Authorisation Code - 008506
    Transaction Code - D60
    Date & Time - 22-08-2011 20:15:17
    Amount - Rs. 1,000.00
    Email ID - sharmanilay@hotmail.com

    Even after a successful transaction, I didn't received any receipt or any USER ID till date. I have send the mail to tikona customer care (customercare@tikona.in) and billing section (billing@tikona.in) for refund and the didn't got response.

    After that I approched to Delhi Nodal office and he have given the wrong statement that they have called me and got confirmation that Installation has been done at my address, But the fact is that no one of tikona customer care / Nodal officer has called me and no installation has been done. I have replied the mail for the same and till date the response is nothing.

    After that I have written the mail to Appleate Authority (nagesh.prasad@tikona.in) 2 times and as usual response from there is also nothing.

    I am too depressed with tikona customer care & Nodal services. Please help me to get the refund.

    We are grateful that your service request was brought to our attention and we appreciate your perseverance in settling this matter.As per our billing team ,there is usage from 8/17/2011 to 9/11/2011 whcih is 13.5 GB. Hence as per policy Refund is not applicable.Please feel free to contact us on 1-800 209 4276 to provide us any feedback regarding our service.

    Thanks for a delayed reply, But I want to confirm you that if no connection has been provided to me then how can I use your services and use 13.5 GB as replied by you.

    So please stop making wrong statements and make your efforts towards making the refund as no any tikona connection has been provided to me till date.
