I ordered a watch from bag it today after watching a offer which is saying that you are lucky to get the offer to get a watch of Rs.2999 in Rs.549 and when I received the watch pack and opened it the clock is not working I want my money back. The customer is in the dark side when he's placing an order online and he should receive a quality material he deserves that 's not fare to give him a not working thing he should have every right to complain and send back the wrong order after checking the proper delivery
