This is with regards to order # 180300 that I placed with Deals and you

Per the website, we were to be offered 4 services but when we called the vendor they said only 2 services will be provided. I have called more than 15 times already and am yet to get my refund. So far I have had 2 callbacks asking if i want a refund but no money has been returned back. To top it, each time I call the customer service, they say they'll escalate it to the "CONCERNED DEPARTMENT" and NOTHING has happened of it..The booking was done on Jul 18th and I have been trying for more than a month and half to get my refund

Its like a nightmare..They refuse to call back, refuse to give a proper answer and refuse to help.. All they say is is call after 72 hours. I am really requesting for help on this. It's painful to keep calling them and get no positive response
