Airtel DTH not installed I've placed my order for airtel DTH on 16/09/2011, but till now () the installation not happened. But the service agent who spoke over phone has promised that within 24 to 48 hrs our engineer will come and install, but nothing has happened. I am totally frustrated, and i think if i book with some other DTH I might get early. From this morning i have sent mails to customer care and even called. But no proper response.

Today i got installed after long quarrel with Vriti info persons and airtel dish tv persons. I wrote number of mails to digitalTV@airtel.in and airtelpresence@airtel.in. Finally my issue has been resolved. If you want airtel DTH, please go to your near by store and get installed within a day. Don't go with online booking.
