I purchased Nokia X3-02 in Sep,2011 from this seller through ebay.in. Phone was working fine but last week its touch pad stops working and hence i went to Nokia care since its covered into warranty. From nokia care i come to know that this mobile is not from India and hence this doesn't covered into Nokia India warranty.

Ebay should not allow such fraud sellers to sell the product.

I purchased an item through ebay. i paid for the item on 17th April 2012. but when i got the parcel it was empty. i talked to the seller about the issue but no progress was made on that front. i raised the paisa pay refund case for the same. but i never got any quick response from that side. After week or so because of the stress applied from my side by calling them and having online chat with thier representatives i got the call on the issue but they abruptly closed the case citing the reason that refund cannot be done, Since i paid 1800 rupees for the item that i never recieved and its the duty of the seller to ship the item and make sure it reaches me safely no due compensation was provided by them in this regard. i want to lodge the complaint so that quick step and harsh step should be taken against them for causing such inconvenience to the customer.

Thanks for posting this article, This has opened my eyes, I am not going to place the order with clickbuy.in on ebay now. I was am planning to buy the laptop Ebay Item ID 261029735919, this one. But now, I will not buy it.

I myself ravikiran Gajare. i ordered Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 Touch Screen Android Mobile Phone : VAT PAID BILL on 06th June 2012 and i dint received the item and my credit card was debited . I tried to contact seller's number, its Switched off and even ebay customer care people are not ready to help me. I want refund of my money. i want to lodge complaint against seller and also ebay .the courier details provided by ebay is wrong .here are the details.i tried contacting Blue dart courier using the below AWB number. Its a wrong AWB Number, and i get a message stating that i have received the delivery. i want the proof. Ebay is totally fraud. Neither customer care people no ebay buyer have taken the responsibility of this . i want a proper solution and morever every month my credit card is getting debited . who will be responsible for it. i want a proper solution from Ebay asap.

Clickbuy.in have cheated me with an iPhone saying that it has got One Year India warranty but actually it is not covering any warranty!!!

I tried to contact them via mail,phone etc. But no reply!!!

Real cheaters in eBay. The frauds are selling products without warranty and claiming that it has got warranty!

CLICKBUY.IN (EBAY SELLER) not dispatch the item

I have been a regular buyer since the 4 years and has bought several items from eBay . On 16.07.2012 I paid Rs.4999/- through Ebay Paisa Pay ID 31654702143 to CLICKBUY.IN (EBAY SELLER) buy a Idea ID 918 Mobile. On 18.07.2012 they sent a mail for dispatch of the item by DTDC Courier (Airway Bill No.x00773926). When I checked the status after 19.07.2012 on DTDC Website, its status status was not available. I sent email about it on 21st, 23rd and 24th July,2012 but they don't reply any email. After that I go to DTDC Local branch and inquired about above Airway bill No. on 24.07.2012, DTDC personnel said after tracking its status that this is not a valid Airway Bill No. and said that you contact the seller.
When I dailled their contact number with my registerred mobile no. , they are not lifting the phone, then I call him another number one lady has lift the phone and informed him that DTDC is saying that this Airway Bill No. is not vail, and they said that they have some dispute with DTDC Courier so that they cannot deliver my item and they will refund my amount by today evening i.e. on 25.07.2012. But they don't reply either e-mail or phone and also Click buy do not pick my phone since then.

So i want to lodge the complaint so that quick and harsh step should be taken against them for causing such inconvenience to the customer.

This is Silambarasan.D,I have bought laptop Dell Inspiron N4050 through eBay.Now my laptop is not at all working, its not even turns on.
I contacted servepro for service,they are asking for Customer id for getting service.More over servepro said that my laptop is not at all registered with them.
I had contacted you through "ebay seller contact" but you didn't respond for that.I have been facing this problem for a last one week.
My project details are with that laptop,since laptop is not working i am facing lot of difficulties.Without Customer id and my laptop manufacturing details
i can not able to get any service for my laptop.I tried to contact you over a phone number you have mentioned in the invoice "9711691515" but it says "out of service".
And also i sent mail to ebay on 04 sep 2012 regarding this issue but still i didn't get any reply from ebay.Kindly look into this matter and respond me immediately.

actually my 6 month projects have in my laptop,now my supriors are scolding me,my life is spoilling because of you,
