Recently, i booked a ticket in whyq(dot)in and due to some problem, i could not book my ticket, and to my surprise my account was debited an amount of Rs.330/- . It has been done before 20 days, and STILL MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED.

The customer care numbers was unanswered all the time and hardly they pick the call with a default answer "WE WILL GET BACK YOU SHORTLY.." When we try to call from the same number again, they are not picking up the call. I have sent more than 15 mails regarding this and we dnt get even an acknowledgement mail.

I dont even want my money to be refunded again, but still, people should not believe in these kinds of fake websites for the God Sake.
