i am Anand kumar chakrawarti, i have worked with Omnia BPO for aprox 10 months, i have left my job in 2009 and after some time this company has becom a part of spice bpo, was in the process of Dishtv as a technical associate. after leaving my job i applied for PF but HR. Rachna Thapa has rejected and told to pay Recovery amount for not completing the notice period, gentlemen i would like to inform that i was got pressure from my AM Mr. Kumar vivek and TL as well as quility auditor for quick resign, i was ready to surf notice period, but no one has accepted that and accepted my resign without notice period, after 6 month i went my home town for treatment of my mother and she was serious, atfer treatment i returned and meet to Ms. Rachna thapa, she shouted on me and misbehaved and that is so pathetic, but after a lots of discussion she told to meet some senior in corporate, then that person approved my PF form and same i have submitted to PF office in Delhi, till now i have not got my PF which is my hard earned money, i have escalated this case to many places but no response, i think Omnia was one of the worst company in the world and after being apartnership with spice group it has also become a worst copmany.....

now i request you to kindly resolve this issue .
If it will not resolve then i will give my feedbak to all sites, EVERYWHERE,CONSUMER COURT,ORKUT, TWITTER CORPORATE SITE AND TO ALL MY FRIEND AND RELATIVES
