Dear Sir/Madam,


This complains is regarding poor service provided reliance by communications contact center/call center Chennai (T Nagar Madras) division. I bought reliance CDMA bearing phone no. 9391403166 some one month back (i.e. in the month of 23^rd August 2011). i use this number for outgoing purpose only, to my shock to see my balance on my number is Zero Balance because I was recharge pack of CV-299 Plan There is a Offer on this plan ( Reliance to reliance local network Free And Other Mobile he give 30minutes free everyday. So Every Month I recharge this plan have use depend on my budget so. Here i discover that my number has been Suspended Balance Offer to My number and they dint provide me any notice regarding This Issues. Then i call up at contact center to enquire about This Issues, they told that my number has been Recharged Correctly then Then Balance offer was suspended so we will clear in 24 hrs and they gave me a compliant number is 160698387 on 04^th Sept 2011 there is no response for this compliant number .. I again ask to the customer care they transfer to the supervisor on that day he also gives a number to me that is 160757041 it’s on 5^th Sept 2011 he told me that this is u r last call to close this issues .. Then I truth on his services and after few day there is till like same issues I shocked and I loss my patience on that Reliance communication for poor service in India.

When I call to customer care there were giving me regular number like

My Compliant Numbers:

160698387 On 4^th Sept 2011

160757041 On 5^th Sept 2011

160984623 On 7^th Sept 2011

16136620 On 15^th Sept 2011

161714654, 161715275…. This is the Numbers I got from the Reliance customer services Providers…

Will get activate within 24 hours so i waited to 24 hours but it dint get resolved. After waiting for 24 hours, once again i raised the same issue once again by calling up there at their contact point but to my disappointment representative over there keep on giving fake reason, sometime by saying that the SERVER is down and sometime by saying they have sent the issue to concern technical department and so on. Not only this, some of heir representative used ABBUSIVE language too and slam down the phone like anything.
After all this drama once again they finally told me to wait for another 7-8 hours so I did but they still dint resolve my problem’s finally loose my patience and went there at reliance world (Sec-Bad main road) branch once again regarding same and to my surprise they simply turn down my problem by saying their part of work is over and they cant do anything about it., they don’t even bother to call up their technical department regarding delaying at least for customer relieve. Actually its shame for managent of reliance communication to recruit such an irresponsible staff.
