    Angry make my trip air india ticket cancellation refund amount

    dear sir
    please note down below details,
    1)For Travel on 4th nov.2010 for Mumai to Nagpur having make my trip Booking id-NF25138140248 AMOUNT
    charge Rs.7260.
    2)The cancellation request i proceed for the same Booking MAKEMY TRIP ID
    3)amount credited in my account     in two installments

    Air India IC IC 887 - Mumbai (BOM) to Aurangabad (IXU)
    Travel Date - Thu, 04 November 10, 15:55 hrs
    Total Cancellation Amount - Rs. 400
    Approximate Refund Amount Rs. 3,448
    Total Cancellation Amount - Rs. 1,000
    Refund Amount Rs. 2,412



    4)with deduction of total Rs.1400,as per their rule &regulation they can deduct only RS.400.

    5)AFTER SO MANY MAILS & PHONE CALLS TO MAKE MY TRIP ID-THEYAPOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKE BY PHONE & MAIL BUT NOT CREDITED THEAMOUNT,PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL
