Dear Sir,

I had got transfered from Mumbai to Delhi. Thats why I took the service of "Safe Time Packers and Movers" to transfer my luggages from Mumbai to Delhi. One of their company member Mr. Vinod Kumar (Mumbai/mob. +91-9326241148) sent a person named Mr Rakesh Chaudhary (Mumbai/mob. +91-9503266033) on 09/09/2011 ( Friday ). He packed and took everything and told me that I will received those on with in 3-4 days at my Delhi Address.

Today is 16/09/2011. Still I didn't receive my luggages including one TV,Fridge,Washin Machine, Bike and all other house hold things. I have been calling Mr. Vinod Kumar from last two days, he is not receiving my call. When i called him any other no, then he received and told me any Nonsense things such as "Aapka saamaan to pahunch chukaa hai" , "Aapka saamaan to Banglore Pahunch gaya hai" and last but not the least "Aapkaa saaman abhi mumbai main hai, use kal tak nikalenge, aapko jo karnaa ho kar lo".

They took all money in advance, I don't know whether I will get my luggages or not. But they are just harrasing me from last 2-3 days.

This is rediculous at the time when I send the household things they were very promising but as soon they got the money they never cared to do
anything.

This is truely shameless. I would never go this Packers and movers again and would not suggest anybody to go for it.
