Dear Samsung Representatives,

I have been using various samsung mobiles for last more than 5 years. Currently, My family is using 5 Mobiles from samsung and I have made more than 10 people to buy samsung Mobiles.

Till now I was very happy and proud Samsung customer. This time I so decided to buy the above model and I had worst experience from then.

1) The cell stops working without any reason.
2) I cat even Access messages many times.
3) It can not open more than one application at many times.
4) I can not receive calls, It just hangs up and keeps ringing and I cant do anything.

I hope you people are promt enough to solve my problem at the earliest.
