It is very much regretted that we are not satisfied your service due to each and every time we facing problem about our billing. Instead we paid our bill within time limit, but already deducted overdue payment from us.

I am facing problem with reliance communication. I have an connection no. 8287508055, and whenever I recharge my account after one or two days amt has deducted itself. After talking with costumer care reliance has refunded as well. But in this operation I have wastage my time a lot.
Three days ago (12.11.2011) the happened again. Amt of rs. 20 has deducted from my account and I have talk about six or seven times and company representative has assure me that I will get my balance after 24-48 hours, but I have not received my balance yet.

I want to raise a complain against reliance communication. From last three months they are deducting balance and that too without me being aware of that. This is really frustating. Whenever I recharge my mobile with in 2-3 days they deduct Rs 62and when ever I call the customer care they say that some service has been activated which is actually not done by me at all. And then they ask to wait for 48 hrs and ensures that balance will come with in 48 hours but money never comes. They are just making fool of all the customers and I am one of the victims. Please help and let me know what action have you taken against reliance. Please revert back on bhushan.vinay81@gmail.com

Also can you please provide me any other mode of communication so that i can provide you the details
