Respected Sir,
I had a Standard& Chartered Bank Credit Card,number 412937082391608 which was finally settle-down in 2001. I have all the proof of the same. Now, for last 25-30 days a person named Prashant daily calling many times on my cell for telling me that I have Two More Credit Card which yet to be settle. wherever my concern, I didn't know about that cards. I asked Prashant that why your bank was silent for 10 years? He said they were searching me. Sir, I am working in the same company for last 20 years, how can i believe him? When I asked him for statement of those cards so that i came to know what is the matter actually, he said he could not send the statement of that card. I asked him why? He said that this is not in the policy of the bank. Sir, its really funny that bank denied to send Credit Card statement to the card holder (as he said). When i asked Prashant how I could clarify this things if u will not send the statements of above cards, he replies that i have to go his office gurgaon where he will show me so called balance on computer screen but he can not send statement . Sir this person and one lady from that side giving me mental tension and harassing me too.
I request you to do something in this concern as soon as possible.

Prashant coming to my home with two or three man & harassing me. He told that my outstanding amount is 5 lacks and if I will demand the statement of that cards, I have to pay full payment. So, I should not demand for the same, so that they could settle the matter below that amount.
